Together, we will discover the flavors of traditional dishes and more, as you will also be treated to performances by our bartender, who will be mixing and serving cocktails from around the world live during dinner. Additionally, there will be atmospheric animations for children – music, arts, and dance workshops, evenings with live music, themed dinners featuring dishes characteristic of a given country, colorful cocktails, as well as special treatments and discounts at the SPA.
Where did the idea for this unique "gastronomic journey" around the world come from? We have a wonderful Chef who, when selecting dishes for the new menu, draws inspiration from international cuisine. Furthermore, our Guests are frequent patrons of excellent restaurants in Poland and are enthusiastic connoisseurs of the culinary arts from many European countries, as well as the United States. They share with us their discoveries, tastes, impressions, photos, and we joyously collect all these novelties and transfer some to Ester Restaurant's menu. However, we don't have enough space to fit all these suggestions on our menu pages. This is why this winter holiday, we want to delight our Guests with these recommended flavors from around the world. The tables will feature specials from Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula River, including duck carpaccio with rowanberry, authentic Italian spaghetti a’la chitarra with seafood, Greek grilled eggplant with olive oil, traditional Norwegian salmon in white wine, French beef Burgundy, German Bremen knipp, and cheddar cheese pasta casserole straight from the USA. Oh... it’s made us hungry.

We kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, additional provisions aimed at protecting minors who have become victims of violence came into force on February 15, 2024 (so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Under this Act, representatives of, among others, the hotel industry have been obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e., to establish whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom they have arrived and whether the child is not in danger in the given situation.
THEREFORE, AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child covered by the reservation arrives at the hotel/premises and is checked in by a person who is not their parent or legal guardian, it will be the duty of the reception staff to require this person to present a PARENTS'/LEGAL GUARDIAN'S CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF THAT PERSON (a template of the document is available online or upon request our reception can provide it to you). The aforementioned situation applies not only to unrelated persons with the child but also, among others, to the child's grandparents or uncles who are not their legal guardians at that time.
